Coaching, consulting, and training services offered through SEASuite Consulting LLC are not psychotherapy and are not covered by HIPAA.
Counseling services provided through the clinical side of Sara Anderson’s practice (Spoken Heart Counseling Center or other designated entity) are subject to separate confidentiality, privacy, and informed consent policies. Counseling services are available only to clients located in Georgia and conducted under applicable state licensing laws.
If you engage as a clinical counseling client, you will receive and sign a separate privacy and informed consent agreement specific to counseling services.
