Clinical Counseling Services:
Counseling and psychotherapy services provided by Sara Anderson through Spoken Heart Counseling Center (or other designated clinical entity) are offered only to eligible clients located in the State of Georgia and are governed by separate clinical consent, privacy, and service agreements in compliance with applicable state laws and licensing requirements.
Clinical services are distinct from all coaching, consulting, and training services offered through SEASuite Consulting LLC. No coaching, consulting, or training services provided via this Site constitute psychotherapy or create a therapist-client relationship.
4A. Counseling Services Distinction
If you choose to engage in counseling services, you will be required to enter into a separate written agreement specific to counseling services. Such services are provided under the professional license of Sara Anderson in the State of Georgia and are subject to HIPAA and other applicable privacy and professional standards.
Your use of this Site or participation in SEASuite Consulting LLC’s coaching, consulting, membership, or training offerings does not establish a therapist-client relationship and is not a substitute for psychotherapy.
5. User Contributions
If you post or submit content through the Site (such as comments, testimonials, or community posts), you grant SEASuite Consulting LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Site and Services.
