What if I can’t make the live session?

Every session is recorded and available for replay. Watch when it fits your schedule. The practices and prompts are available all month long.

How much time does this realistically take?

The live session is 2 hours once a month. The practices are 5-15 minutes as you need them. This is designed for busy women—not to add more to your plate.

What if I need more support than the membership offers?

If you find you need deeper, more personalized work, Private Somatic Depth Coaching is available. Many women use the membership as an entry point and move into 1:1 work when they're ready.

What if I’ve never done somatic work before?

Perfect. You don't need any experience. I guide you through everything. Your body already knows how to do this—I'm just helping you remember.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no long-term commitment. Stay as long as it serves you.

How is this different from therapy or coaching?

Traditional therapy works through talking and insight. Coaching focuses on goals and accountability. Both happen mostly in your mind.

This work integrates mind and body. When something is stuck, we don't just talk about it. We invite your body to speak through movement, breath, sound, imagery.

Transformation happens not because you understand something intellectually, but because you've embodied it. It's held in community. And it's not treatment—it's a practice of return.

Is there a community space?

Yes. We gather in a private group where you can connect with other women, share reflections, and walk this journey together.

What if I join mid-month?

You'll get immediate access to the current month's practices and prompts, plus recordings of past sessions to catch up if you'd like. Jump in whenever you're ready.

Do I need to stop seeing my current therapist or coach to join the membership?

Not at all. This work complements other approaches. Many women are in therapy or working with a coach while they're part of The Sacred Return—and find that the somatic work deepens what's happening in those other spaces.
